Do you want to take part in accelerating the networking solution across NVIDIA's product portfolio? We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive the definition and execution of multidisciplinary CPO (Co-Packaged Optics) technology programs. We want you to partner with internal development, test, and production teams, lead subcontractors and vendors to deliver groundbreaking co-packaged optics solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

Lead a multi-functional team that defines, develop, validate and deploy multiple production platformsWork with NVIDIA partners to deploy HW/SW platforms at multiple sites and resolve issues in collaboration with the development teamsReport program status to senior management, identify critical-path and bottle-necks, define, and lead execution to ensure delivery on scope/schedule/budgetLead multi-functional task forces to resolve ad-hoc issues locally and at remote sitesDevelop, implement and utilize methodologies and project management processes to accelerate decision making

What we need to see:

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Physics with 3+ years of overall experience5+ years of track-record of product delivery (Consumer electronics or other)Experience in working and motivating multi-functional teams and partners worldwideExecution oriented with excellent social skills and human interfaceOrganized and able to ensure coherent decisionsFluent in English and HebrewProven ability in team management or project leadership

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Background in HW/SW/Optical test platforms/systems developmentExperience in ramping volume production, Semiconductor/optical communication industryknowledge in Optical device testing, in High-speed electrical testing
