ABOUT THIS ROLE The Senior Technical Program Manager will work with our Ad Tech and Marketing technology teams to help execute the technical strategy and roadmap for AdTech and Marketing Content systems that power personalized communications. You will work closely with Software Development Managers (SDMs) and Software Development Engineers (SDEs) to organize and plan new development and enhancement work. You will work with teams across Audible and Amazon to evangelize the marketing technology teams and ensure we have the capabilities and data to meet the current and future needs of the business. You will be a collaborator between the Product team and Audible dev teams to ensure that the data impacts are recognized and planned for. You will continue to look for process improvements both within the team as well as interfaces with other teams to bring efficiencies into the team’s work breakdown and prioritization.
