Conduct feasibility studies, assess risks, and evaluate benefits for cooling system efficiency. + Develop strategies for on-site water recycling and optimize closed-loop systems. Drive the adoption of advanced recycling and reuse technologies to minimize data center water consumption, and implement effective water treatment solutions. + Develop innovative, energy-efficient cooling strategies to reduce environmental impact. Identify advanced cooling technologies like liquid and free cooling, and analyze existing systems for energy and water efficiency improvements. + Lead Google Data Center’s portfolio to reduce Scope 1 and 3 greenhouse gas emissions. Oversee procurement and supply chain strategies for carbon reduction, prioritize opportunities using life-cycle analysis, and report on sustainability performance to leadership.
