We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Owner with extensive experience in leading delivery teams using the Microsoft Power Platform. This role demands solid software engineering skills and the capability to spearhead strategic product development, ensuring the efficient delivery of effective solutions.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead Agile teams to ensure the consistent delivery of value to users using the Microsoft Power Platform.
Collaborate across squads and application teams to integrate Power Platform solutions effectively.
Planning and Implementing Strategies:
Drive product strategy, planning, and delivery of key capabilities, aligning with business goals.
Analyze value, build reasons, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to align work with product strategy.
Coordinate product delivery and ensure alignment with product roadmaps and vision.
Technical Excellence:
Lead the ideation, design, and planning of Power Platform solutions, creating a clear product roadmap.
Monitor product performance and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ensure communication and delivery between design and engineering teams, mitigating roadblocks to achieve sprint and release goals.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years Technical Product experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
Experience with data management in Common Data Service (Dataverse).
Demonstrating integration and connectivity skills by using connectors and custom APIs.
Basic development skills in JavaScript, C#, or Python for advanced customizations.
Business and Strategic Skills:
Strong business analysis skills to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Experience in user-centered design principles for intuitive application development.
Proven ability to manage projects using Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication skills to articulate product vision and collaborate with customers.
Additional Qualifications:
An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to operate in a rapidly changing environment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage through creative tension.
Experience facilitating Journey and Story Mapping sessions to define product roadmaps.
Ability to lead product-release planning and set expectations for new functionalities.
