Senior Technical Product Manager
Location - Ability to be hybrid in Frisco, TX or Atlanta, GA (three to four days onsite)
The Senior Technical Product Manager will be responsible for defining and aligning the project scope among various teams, ensuring effective collaboration and support throughout the development process. Key responsibilities include analyzing project impacts, coordinating testing efforts, and managing tasks within Jira.
Main Responsibilities:
Define/align scope among all teams (design, test, delivery)Support test data collection from Billing system and help with escalation if neededWork analysis of the true impacts to Retail channels for each InitiativeCollaborate with owners on the customer experience impactsCoordinate with all upstream and downstream domains during end-to-end testing and escalation if neededCollaborate with the Retail dev team to plan and prioritize Portfolio work in Sprint planning.Create prepaid platform and features in Jira and define the Acceptance criteria.Collaborate with the client's portfolio and other stakeholders to identify initiatives, and their priority for Product Initiative planningQualifications
5+ yrs of Technical Product Management experience across cross functional teamsAbility to work closely with architects and developersManaging Mobile ProjectsAgile- experienceScrum MethodologiesJira/confluenceSharePointRisk assessment mitigationRequirements- managing the timeline- details design.Coordinate the deployment process. Driving the solution to completionCommunicationWrite requirements, CX user storiesDocumenting cross domain impactsDelivery timeline Software Development Lifecycle frameworkThe base salary range for this position is $92,250 - $171,321 , plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
