We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead high-impact product initiatives across multiple enterprise collaboration platforms, with a primary focus on Atlassian Cloud and shared services. This role will own the strategic migration of Jira and Confluence from Data Center to Cloud, while championing the next generation of work visibility through enterprise portfolio management tools and emerging AI solutions.

As a key leader in our tooling and transformation strategy, you will shape how teams plan, track, and deliver work at scale. You’ll partner with engineering, architecture, security, and business stakeholders to build scalable, intuitive solutions that reduce toil, improve decision-making, and align technology with enterprise outcomes.

As a technical product manager – sr., you will…

 

Drive Product Strategy & Ownership

Define and maintain product vision and roadmaps for Atlassian tooling, Azure Translation Services, and emerging platforms like Rovo AI.Own and prioritize product backlogs across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

Evaluate and onboard new tools to enhance work visibility, OKR tracking, and cross-team collaboration.

 

 

Execute Migration & Platform Enablement

 

 

Lead the enterprise migration of Jira and Confluence from Data Center to Cloud, partnering with engineering and business teams.

Support integration and adoption of shared services platforms, including Azure Translation Services and AI-powered tools.

 

 

 

Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration

 

Partner with program managers, solution engineers, analysts, and delivery leads to ensure seamless execution across initiatives.Facilitate stakeholder alignment and change management across business units and technical teams.
 

Foster Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Champion digital transformation and process re-engineering efforts.Leverage design thinking and data analysis to inform product decisions and drive adoption.
 

We’d love to hear from people with:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field Demonstrated ability to use analytics and optimization tools to inform product planning and prioritization (5 years)Demonstrated ability to work with design and engineering to deliver customer facing features (5 years)Hands on experience in developing roadmaps, priorities, features, story outlines, writing user stories, refining product backlogs, and coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements in a fast-paced, changing environment with variety of stakeholders (5 years) Industry experience in a technology environment with a record of successfully delivering complex products (7+ years)

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above.  For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.  At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
