Senior Technical Lead with React.js, HTML, CSS

Job Summary
The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for providing technical leadership in React, HTML, and CSS projects. They will oversee the development and implementation of web applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and high coding standards. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing react, html, and css solutions.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
3. Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of web applications developed using react, html, and css.
4. Conduct code reviews, provide guidance, and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills.
5. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in react, html, and css to drive innovation and efficiency.
6. Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions to optimize application performance.

Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in react.js for building user interfaces and single page applications.
2. Strong knowledge of html and css for creating visually appealing and responsive web designs.
3. Experience in leading and managing development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
