Senior Technical Lead - Manufacturing Process Planning
Job Summary
As a Senior Technical Lead specializing in Manufacturing Process Planning, you will play a pivotal role in managing technology solutions for complex projects. You will provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities, ensure the successful delivery of solutions, and drive process compliance. Your expertise will significantly contribute to optimizing project outcomes and fostering a culture of excellence within the team. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Technical Guidance To A Team Of Developers, Enhancing Their Skills In Manufacturing Process Planning And Software Development, And Implementing Productivity Improvement Initiatives.
2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Establish Quality Assurance Processes Using Tools Such As Jira And Jenkins, Ensuring Adherence To Best Practices And Coding Standards For Successful Project Delivery.
3. Ensure Compliance With Manufacturing Process Standards Within The Assigned Module, Participating As A Technical Consultant In Feasibility Studies, Exploring Technical Alternatives, Best Packages, And Assessing Technical Risks.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables, And Prepare Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Facilitate Timely Closure Of Escalations.Skill Requirements
1. In-Depth Knowledge Of Manufacturing Process Planning Principles And Methodologies.
2. Advanced Proficiency In Software Development Practices, Including Agile Methodologies And Devops Tools.
3. Strong Understanding Of Quality Assurance Processes And Tools, Such As Jira And Jenkins.
4. Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Assess Technical Risks And Provide Informed Recommendations.
5. Proficient In Stakeholder Management And Communication.Certification
