The ideal candidate is automation-focused, able to work independently and collaboratively, and is experienced in Privileged Access Management, REST API development, and scripting. Occasional after-hours support may be required. **Primary Responsibilities:** • Deliver technical solutions, designs, documentation, and guidance in the development and deployment of complex systems • Collaborate regularly with Technology management, customers, and support teams to deliver scalable and secure technical solutions • Design and develop infrastructure and application-level solutions, standards, and policies • Perform unit and system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing • Lead estimation efforts for moderate to large-scale projects • Coordinate and manage vendor interactions and contracts as needed • Mentor junior staff, review proposals and solution documentation • Promote and follow industry best practices, standards, and security controls • Maintain expert-level technical knowledge of systems, environments, and vendor products • Support financial planning by contributing to expense and capital budgets • Adhere to risk and compliance standards and escalate issues as needed • Foster a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative work environment **Scope of Responsibilities:** • Provide expert-level technical leadership in infrastructure and systems design • Drive development efforts involving PAM, CI/CD pipelines, REST API integration, and automation scripting • Independently analyze, document, and implement technical requirements from business stakeholders • Ensure consistent delivery of secure and scalable engineering solutions • Participate in continuous improvement and process enhancement initiatives **Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:** • None **Education and Experience Required:** • Combined minimum of 12 years of higher education and/or relevant work experience in systems design, architecture, or infrastructure management • Deep understanding of system development lifecycles, IT Service Management, and vendor technologies • Demonstrated experience with: + **CyberArk Privileged Cloud** (Privileged Access Management) + **Automation tools and DevOps practices** (Git, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines) + **REST API development** , preferably in security or directory environments + **PowerShell scripting** + Active Directory and server/client virtualization technologies• Ability to create structured, high-quality implementations based on complex requirements• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities• Experience with project estimation and planning• Adaptability and rapid learning skills in a fast-paced environment **Education and Experience Preferred:** • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field • 12+ years of advanced technical engineering experience, including infrastructure design, data management, and development Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $80.00/hour to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
