What you will be doing

Unlock what’s possible. We are seeking a Senior Developer to join our team to help propel our customers digital transformation journeys with human-centered design thinking and consultation.

Due to the nature of our clients, we do require the successful candidate to be an Australian Citizen.

What will keep you busy

Ability to manage the team of Junior/Mid-Level Developers for the technical tasks assigned to them on projects Ability to manage deliverables, technical problems and accountabilities on large programs of work, while working collaboratively as part of a team Understanding the business processes, pain points, business needs and customer experience to deliver Salesforce based technical solutions that leverage the most out of the Salesforce platform Author solution design document and provide input to solution architecture Develop Apex, Visualforce, Lightning based enhancements (including LWC and Aura) Experienced in setting up CICD on projects using the OTS solutions like Gearset etc SFDX experience and setting up CICD using SFDX is preferred Achieve appropriate technical certifications on offer from Salesforce and apply their capabilities appropriately to business problems Uphold and maintain DXC Salesforce Practice technical delivery processes and actively contribute to them Being a senior in the team should be open to coaching opportunities with the peers by contributing to the Architect Academy and otherwise Should be open to create reusable assets which can be leveraged in other projects Peer review technical solutions and provide constructive feedback Provide oversight and direction to team members in the project in accordance with DXC Salesforce Practice Methodology and Standards Maintain transparent communication – appropriate communicate organization information through department meetings, one on one meetings and appropriate email communication with Client and Leads. 

The skills you will bring

Bachelor degree level or higher At least 5 years experience working with Salesforce platform Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Omnistudio are a must.Delivering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Communities, Salesforce App Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (optional), Salesforce Analytics Cloud (optional) Appropriate Salesforce technical certifications (must have at least 4 out of the following certifications Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer 1, Salesforce Developer 2, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Omnistudio Developer, JavaScript Developer 1, Experience Cloud Consultant) Working in an Agile project delivery environmentProficient in Lightning Development (LWC and Aura), Apex Experience in building Web Service enabled applications (SOAP and RESTful) Knowledge of Salesforce APIs
