We’re looking for a Technical Architect, WMA Technology CTO to:

• actively engage with Streams and Crews to modernize technology landscape, recommend modern tools and technologies, provide architectural guidance on solution design, assess current state and develop target state architectures, generate technical blueprint and design diagrams
• partner with application owners and production availability teams to perform architectural reviews, provide architectural guidance towards right set of solutions to stabilize production environments
• promote domain driven design approaches across teams in WMA along with C4 diagramming techniques, assist in overall architecture strategy for WMA, identify pockets of opportunities to modernize, innovate, increase efficiency, or improve performance
• collaborate with other architects to define architectural goals and standards
• manage and maintain requests for comments (RFCs), architectural decision records (ADRs) and risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAIDs)
• engage with key stakeholders, Stream and Crew leads and convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Weehawken: the salary range for this role is $150000 to $205000
