Join a dynamic team as a Senior Teamcenter Technical Architect, where you’ll lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge PLM solutions. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in Siemens Teamcenter, who thrives in architecting complex systems and mentoring high-performing teams. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving transformation initiatives and automation strategies across large-scale engineering and manufacturing programs.
**Your Role**
+ Lead and oversee Teamcenter development efforts across transformation and implementation programs.
+ Architect and deliver at least two end-to-end Siemens Teamcenter implementations.
+ Drive automation initiatives to enhance productivity and configuration management.
+ Build and manage high-performing remote teams with a focus on talent development.
+ Identify and recruit top-tier technical talent aligned with project needs.
+ Ensure teams are trained, mentored, and equipped to deliver high-quality services.
+ Communicate effectively with stakeholders through strong verbal and written skills.
**Your Skills and Experience**
+ 15 years of experience, including 10 years as a Teamcenter solution architect.
+ Proven leadership in large-scale Siemens Teamcenter, Mendix, and Mindsphere programs.
+ Technical acumen to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and implement service improvements.
+ Experience mentoring junior talent and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
+ Exposure to Engineering and Manufacturing IT across various industry sectors.
+ TOGAF certification (highly desirable) and familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks.
+ Ability to manage cross-functional teams and navigate internal organizational complexity.
