Senior Care Team Leader  - 6 month secondment

Riverlee Residential and Nursing Home, Franklin Place, Greenwich, London, SE13 7QT 

£16.70 per hour 

39 hours per week - (8am - 8pm)

The role Senior Care Team Leader will include 

  

As a Senior Care Team Leader, you will look after the day-to-day needs of our residents, whilst showing compassion, care and commitment to having a positive impact on their lives. You will work with a team of like-minded individuals, all with a desire to ensuring that our residents are comfortable in their home. You will also support Care Assistants in their development. 

You will manage the homes rotas appropriately to ensure the home is operating efficiently, as well as being responsible for the safe administration of medication.

 

Skills and experiences 

 

Experience in care is essential and that you are working towards or willing to work toward a Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in the relevant area. You will also have experience of dealing with pre admission assessments and proven experience of managing people and rota management. What is also just as important to us is that you are a caring, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, who is interested in working in a growing and progressive organisation.
