The Sr Team Lead guides, monitors and leads departments by professionally developing members of staff including the Team Leaders. Assists Supervisor with leading teams focusing on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Productivity (SQDIP.)

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Degree Desired: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Years of experience: Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Able to works under little to no supervision
Good organizational and time-management skills
Decision making skills
Computer proficiency to include MS Word, MS Excel
Ability to read and comprehend verbal and written instructions.
