At CESO, the Sr Team Lead brings advanced technical leadership and strategic oversight to guide the design, coordination, and delivery of architectural construction documents, specifications, and details across a diverse portfolio of complex projects. In addition to managing multiple teams, this position is responsible for overseeing technical direction, resolving escalated design challenges, and ensuring alignment with project goals, quality standards, and company best practices. The Sr Team Lead plays a key role in resource planning, risk management, and process improvement initiatives, while also fostering a culture of collaboration and professional development within the team.
