Your Challenge

As Senior Tax Professional your mission will be to support legal entities in Italy in managing Corporate Income Tax compliance filings and Reporting, Tax advisory, Transfer Pricing and cross-border tax issues.

Some of the main activities will be:To prepare and file corporate tax compliance as well as monthly Tax reportingTo provide pro-active tax advice in Corporate direct taxes areas to business unitsTo support Group projects and initiativesTo support in the implementation and improvement of the Tax Control FrameworkTo prepare Transfer Pricing documentationTo support tax advice for M&A transactions

To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:
