Key Job Duties

Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including individuals, businesses, and non-profit organizations, ensuring high-quality tax service delivery.Lead tax planning, compliance, and consulting engagements, providing expert guidance and strategic recommendations.Conduct detailed tax research and address complex tax issues across client types.Supervise and mentor junior staff, fostering team development and technical growth.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state tax laws and industry best practices.Contribute to business development by identifying new service opportunities and expanding client relationships.

Key Qualifications

Master's in Taxation, MPA, or Bachelor's in Accounting required.CPA certification preferred.8+ years of public accounting experience with a strong emphasis on tax.Familiarity with CCH Engagement and Axcess Tax softwareProven expertise in tax planning, compliance, and consulting for varied client types.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a client service focus.
