Your mission, roles and responsibilities• Advise on technical accounting for monthly, semi-annual and annual tax provision process under IFRS; review tax accounts and required disclosures to ensure accuracy.
• Oversee cash tax and ETR forecasting, tax reporting and disclosures, and internal controls.
• Collaborate across finance, legal, and business teams to support strategic tax planning, including tax modeling for M&A, restructurings, and other transactions.
• Conduct thorough tax research and technical analysis, and clearly communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Provide tax support for audit and controversy matters, including responding to requests and developing documentation.
• Assist with tax compliance and filings, including federal, state, and international obligations to ensure timely and accurate.
• Lead US international tax compliance and planning (e.g. BEAT, GILTI, FDII, Subpart F and FTC).
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement opportunities for process automation in tax compliance, provision, and data management.
• Leverage technology (e.g., ONESOURCE, SAP, Excel, automation tools, AI-driven platforms) to optimize workflows, improve reporting accuracy, and increase operational efficiency.
• Act as a mentor and leader within the tax team, driving a culture of accountability, curiosity, and initiative.
• Train and supervise staff in the preparation of various tax compliance filings and activities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support internal projects as needed.

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).
• Have a CPA license and/or a Master’s Degree in Taxation.
• Have 10+ years combined experience in both Big 4 public accounting and tax department of global corporation with tax provision.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 740 and international IFRS tax accounting principles.
• Broad base of tax technical knowledge including U.S. federal and state corporate tax, US international tax concepts, and transactional tax planning.
