Senior Tax Analyst (Domestic)
Job Description Our client is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst (Domestic) to join their team! Candidates must be local to Atlanta and willing to commute to Alpharetta 2x/week - Tuesday and Thursday. Assist with various aspects of US federal and state partnership (P/S) and disregarded entity (DE) taxation for the Company including (1) tax compliance and estimated payments; (2) management of US tax audits; (3) Fixed asset maintenance and (4) income tax provision, etc. The position will be multi-disciplinary and focus on assisting Director of Tax with US tax implications and calculations, departmental administration, interaction with various business groups within the Company, etc. Responsibilities:  Work with outside tax advisors to prepare corporate and partnership Federal and State Income Tax Returns  Prepare quarterly estimates and extensions.  Ensure that filings are accurate, timely, and meet the requirements for taxing jurisdictions.  Prepare tax return workpapers and account reconciliations.  Prepare apportionment factors and state tax adjustments.  Prepare and review fixed assets computations and maintain SAGE Fixed asset software.  Assist with management of US audits which will include interacting with examination agents, preparation, and review of responses to IDRs, etc.  Assist with income tax provision calculation.  Assist with maintaining tax calendar.  Assist in identifying and managing the implementation of tax department process improvements  Research US domestic tax issues and communicate findings effectively  Continuous process improvement through recommending and implementing efficiencies We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
