CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, **Senior Task Order** **Portal Administrator** . This position is in support of the EMITS 2 Task Order Business Office (TOBO), located in Reston, VA. **Responsibilities:** Key Responsibilities: + Supports creation and implementation of   TO Management Portal functions, including workflows, document library, and dashboards, providing a central location for the Government and the contractor to access management-level information regarding the status of TO activities + Translates business requirements into technical requirements + Supports development of   TO Management Portal strategy and solutions through requirements analysis, workflow studies, data usage, and processes + Implements advanced features by developing custom code, as required, and recommends improvements and additional capabilities, evolving and adapting to meet the mission needs of the Government + Provides day-to-day administrative support, permission and access schemas, and regular maintenance of TO Management Portal to keep it operational and effective + Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments + Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments + May supervise others **Qualifications:** _Required:_ + BA/BS +4-7 years of experience + Possess a Secret clearance with the ability to retain. + Demonstrates mastery of portal administration and development, with particular emphasis on creating and implementing functions for systems such as the OneScope TO Management Portal in government or military environments. + Possesses comprehensive knowledge of workflow management, document libraries, and dashboard creation for complex management-level information systems. + Exhibits strategic expertise in translating business requirements into technical solutions and implementing advanced features through custom code development. + Showcasesproficiency in requirements analysis, data usage optimization, and process improvement for large-scale IT project support. + Displays advanced skills in providing day-to-day administrative support, managing access permissions, performing regular maintenance, and recommending improvements and additional capabilities to evolve portal functionality. + Demonstrates leadership ability in supervising technical teams and functioning as a subject matter expert across multiple high-impact assignments. _Desired:_ + Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) in SharePoint or Microsoft Pervue Cert + Experience managing complex IT and communication system projects. ** ** - **________________________________________________________________________________________** **What You Can Expect:** **A culture of integrity.** At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
