Senior Task Manager

**Amentum is seeking qualified candidates for a Senior Task Manager.**
**The contractor shall support Government personnel in planning, designing, developing, coordinating, and executing exercises and other related activities requiring facilitation in compliance with national and IC exercise policies and related guidance.**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Supports Senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director level
+ Receives tasking via multiple vehicles and systems
+ Processes and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems
+ Coordinates actions with proper element within the customer space, across the IC and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities
+ Prepares training materials and written instructions (playbooks) on properly preparing and processing staff packages for their organization.
+ Monitor NCD Top 2/FO, provide assistance as needed.
+ Tracking of suspense dates, response versions.
+ Coordinating for extensions.
+ Consolidation and formatting of responses, as directed.
+ Editing of directorate responses.
+ Management of movement of task response within the directorate for leadership approval, including revisions.
+ Management of directorate task-tracking record, emailing it at the end of each day, with an attendant daily task analysis.
+ Upkeep of the NCD task management SOPs and printed book. Ensure they are congruent with NCSC SOPs/processes
+ Support the directorate expert in N-CERTS
+ Support the directorate expert on ODNI staff processes, functions, and systems.
+ Intimate familiarity with ODNI, NCSD, and NCD organization for task management.
+ Edit all WAR entries
+ Manage the WAR with NCD leadership to ensure on-time delivery to the FO
+ Support as the directorate editor for any product.
+ Support as the directorate expert on ODNI style, to include formats and templates.
+ Provide support as a Center-level CDA process expert.
+ Provide support as the NCD expert on all things CDA
+ Provide guidance/advice on CDA approaches to NCD elements and individuals
+ Manage all CDA records (as task management records)
**Requirements:**
+ Requires a minimum of 18 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 24 years with no degree
+ TS/SCI w/poly level clearance is required
+ Experience in the following is required:
+ Supporting Senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director level
+ Receiving tasking via multiple vehicles and systems
+ Processing and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems
**Salary and Other Compensation:** The annual starting salary range for this position is between **$ $125,773 - $174,396 annually** . Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
