ABOUT THE ROLE
The Oceania Senior Talent Partner will act as a strategic advisor and partner to business leaders and executives, driving the region's talent philosophy in support of the wider People and Business strategies. Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying and attracting candidates to onboarding, the Senior Talent Partner will play a key role in building and improving talent and continuously enhancing the recruitment processes. This role will be responsible for recruiting across all levels and departments in the Oceania region.
As a key member of the APAC Talent team, reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager in Manilla, the role has access and support from talent partners across the APAC region while being a pivotal part of the Oceania HR team.
SALARY
$120,000 AUD - $150,000AUD + superannuation
10% Annual Bonus

Essential Skills and Experience
5+ years experience in a high volume recruitment team.Strong working knowledge of professional and social media sites.Experience with Workday or other Enterprise Applicant Tracking systems and localised documentation requirements.Bachelor's Degree advantageous.Thorough understanding of anti-discrimination laws, Fair Work Act regulations, and working right requirements as well as employee mobility (visa & sponsorship) in Australia and New Zealand.Mature consultative verbal communication skills and a passion for candidate experience.Demonstrable experience building and maintaining strong relationships and ability to influence.Excellent organisation, time-management, administrative skills and attention to detail.Intermediate computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Discretion.OUR BENEFITS
