The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $90,750-133,100/yr at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Be a strategic partner by collaborating closely with HR and business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop innovative recruiting strategies.Lead the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.Leverage data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations that inform talent acquisition decisions.Innovate recruitment approaches, using technology and sourcing techniques to locate, engage, and attract top talentCultivate and maintain positive relationships across all levels of the organization, becoming a trusted advisor to hiring managers.Elevate the candidate and hiring manager experiences through an unwavering commitment to standards

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or other related fieldMinimum 5 years’ recruiting experience in a high-paced, technical organizationStrong technical experience with good stories to bootPrior experience leading successful talent acquisition projectsAbility to self-manage and complete work with little directionAbility to balance multiple projects, coordinate multiple requests, and set priorities accordinglyProficiency in MS Office and experience with recruitment tools (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn)
