Join us and take your career to the next level We’re looking for aSenior Talent Acquisition Partnerto strengthen our talent acquisition muscle in Kalmar. This is a role where you will work as a senior talent acquisition partner specialized mainly in hirings in Australia and occasionally other countries in the Asia Pacific region. You will also build and execute proactive talent acquisition strategies for different functions in Australia in order to attract and hire the best talents to Kalmar. What are your key responsibilities: + Strategic talent advisor:Act as a strategic partner to the business, using data to build and execute hiring strategies. + Proactive sourcing:Identify and engage potential candidates ahead of needs by utilizing talent markets insights and leveraging various talent pools. + End-to-end recruitment:Own and manage E2E recruitment processes as a full cycle senior recruiter. + Marketing:Promote Kalmar as an employer of choice through social media, creative marketing, compelling job advertisements, other employer branding activities and university/school collaboration. + Business partnership:Collaborate closely with business to anticipate hiring needs, address challenges and optimize recruitment outcomes. What you bring to the role: + Passion to hire:7+ years of experience and expertise in talent acquisition as a full cycle senior recruiter or talent acquisition manager managing recruitments (preferable in the manufacturing industry with white and blue collar employees) in Australia. + Strategic and data-driven approach:Experienced in defining creative and proactive talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans for functional areas in Australia. + Proactive Sourcing:Existing candidate networks and expertise in various sourcing techniques. Customer satisfaction: Committed to delivering outstanding quality to both candidates and stakeholders. + Language skills:Full professional proficiency in English. + Marketing savviness:Proven history of marketing-oriented approach to attract talents with employer branding and university&school collaboration activities.
