Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Troon is seeking a strategic and dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead and enhance our recruiting efforts across the company, supporting over 800 Troon-managed properties and corporate operations. This role is responsible for overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent. The ideal candidate is a skilled leader with a passion for building effective recruiting strategies and fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy

Manage and mentor a team of recruiting professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. Collaborate with property leaders and department heads to identify talent needs and ensure alignment with business objectives. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in all recruitment efforts. Utilize recruiting metrics and data to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring processes and continuously improve outcomes. Build and execute a university relations program with applicable programs.

Recruitment Operations

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, candidate pre-screening, scheduling interviews, and extending job offers. Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners, job boards, and talent pipelines. Work on employer branding initiatives to position Troon as an employer of choice. Support property transitions by coordinating recruitment efforts and onboarding for new locations.

Candidate Experience & Onboarding

Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Facilitate onboarding for new hires, including background checks, offer letters, and orientation coordination. Partner with HR team members to develop and refine onboarding programs to support new employee success.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, including high-volume and multi-location recruiting. 2+ years of experience in a managerial or leadership role. Strong understanding of recruiting tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS). Proven ability to develop and implement strategic recruiting plans. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

Preferred Qualifications:

PHR, SHRM-CP, or related HR certification is a plus.
