Danfoss is currently looking for a dedicated Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team, supporting all recruitment activities in Danfoss Climate Solutions. Our team’s clear focus is on attracting and recruiting the best talents in the market for our business.
As our new Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in the Northern and Eastern Europe Region, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes in close cooperation with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Additionally, you will act as an advisor and process expert while serving as an ambassador for the company and playing an active role in promoting Danfoss as an employer of choice. Most importantly, you will passionately ensure the best possible candidate experience.
**The preferred job location is Kolding** , but for the right candidate, there will be flexibility with working from home. No travel is required. **We are looking for a candidate who is already based in Denmark.**
**Job Responsibilities**
**As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will strengthen and help implement the new strategic direction for Talent Acquisition in your area of responsibility.**
You will support the team in developing and executing recruitment strategies related to Talent Attraction, Talent Pipelining, Recruitment, and proactive sourcing by fully utilizing recruitment technologies such as SAP Success Factors, LinkedIn Enterprise Solution, and the Predictive Index Assessment tool.
**Key tasks and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:**
+ Recruiting and sourcing candidates across Northern and Eastern Europe, with a primary focus on supporting our Danfoss Climate Solutions segment.
+ Building a strong pipeline of candidates for future needs.
+ Acting as an advisor to local and regional managers.
+ Engaging in Employer Branding activities alongside the student community.
+ Facilitating team building and development.
+ Initiating and leading activities that increase satisfaction, motivation, engagement, and retention.
**Background & Skills**
We expect you to have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least three years of Talent Acquisition experience. Preferably, you also have experience in Employer Branding activities related to the student community.
You have excellent verbal and written English and Danish communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
