This is an opportunity in our Global Talent Services function at Sanofi Hubs. Sanofi ‘Hubs’ are where our key strategic business operations are hosted providing centralised services across Global Medical, Finance, People, Procurement, Digital, R&D and more.

Global Talent Services is one of our key service lines in Hubs part of Chief Talent Office that helps provide E-2-E Talent Acquisition services globally to businesses spread across General Medicines, Specialty care, Vaccines, R&D, Manufacturing from Hubs across regions in proximity.

This role will be responsible to recruit for Europe and managing the volume hiring needs. Across 2023/2024 our consolidated hiring volumes for the region has been 5000+. This is subjected to growth as we expand our launches in the region. You will be responsible to hire the best talent for Sanofi and do this while providing world class candidate experience.

Main responsibilities:

Play a key role in the seamless integration and transition of new recruitment services into the hub, ensuring minimal disruption and a positive experience for stakeholdersLead the planning and coordination of recruitment activities within the hubs, optimizing resource allocation and service delivery modelsLead and manage a mix of experienced and junior recruiters and manage the workload for all recruiters in the hubSupport the organization in understanding talent needs. Provide advice on the appropriate hiring strategy and approachAdvise the organization’s hiring managers and leadership team on recruiting decisions, best practices, compensation, and future hiring planningLed the implementation of industry-leading hiring practices. Oversee consistent compliance with established recruitment best practices and processesHelp and advise hiring managers on writing job descriptions, benchmarking, and candidate selectionLed in-house efforts to develop the capabilities of recruiters and hiring managers to network, source, assess, and hire talentOversee the work of the hiring team and manage their performance. Provide feedback on their performance and act as a mentor to the team. Recruit, train, and develop new members of the team as requiredOversee all the communication between the organization’s hiring managers/recruiters and candidatesOwn the reporting and analysis of key performance metrics (SLAs) for all hub-based recruitment servicesChampion a customer-centric approach within the hubs, ensuring that candidate and hiring manager needs are prioritizedPartner with the Talent Tech team to support the development and implementation of technology solutions that enhance recruitment processes, improve efficiency, and embrace innovationMaintain regular communication and collaboration with the Candidate Care Hub Lead and Sourcing Strategy Hub Lead to ensure a seamless end-to-end recruitment experience.Proactively share best practices, talent intelligence, and market insights to optimize recruitment outcomes across all hubs

About you
 

You are a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional with a proven track record of success in leading and managing global recruitment teams, operating within a global business services environment and building new capability in talent teams. You are passionate about delivering exceptional experience and are driven by a desire to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes. You are a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the talent acquisition landscape and are adept at building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. 

Experience:

Proven track record of success in recruiting the best talentStrong Leadership skillsExperience working with a global Centre of Excellence and driving standardization across multiple locationsDisplayed Expertise in End-to-End hiringKnowledge & Experience in Pharma Industry

Soft and technical skills:

Exceptional communication and strong candidate and stakeholder management skillsDeep understanding of recruitment best practices, processes, and technologies, including experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR information systemsExcellent written and oral communication skills in English and French or English and German
