Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition
\n\nManage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews, advising on selection decisions, preparing salary proposals and job offers, ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.\nWork closely with the team to develop and execute recruitment strategies and sourcing plans, focusing on building a strong talent pipeline and supporting mass hiring for new project launches across the country.\n\n2. Employer Branding
\n\nManage all external Talent Acquisition communications, including job advertisements, employer branding campaigns, the Management Trainee (MT) program, to maintain a professional image and positive perception among target audiences.\nStay updated on employer branding trends and recommend initiatives to strengthen DSC Vietnam’s long-term employer brand strategy.\n\n3. TA/HR Projects
\n\nAlign with the regional team in rolling out resourcing initiatives and projects to enhance local recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.\nSupport company events, employee engagement activities and other tasks assigned by line manager.\n\n4. Reporting and Analytics
\n\n\nMaintain and update the Talent Acquisition dashboard to support regional data requirements and reflect resourcing KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
\n\nDo You Have What It Takes?\nBachelor’s degree\n3-5 years of relevant experience in recruitment agency and/or Talent Acquisition role in multinational working environment. Exposure to manufacturing, FMCG, or logistics/supply chain is a plus.\nHands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.\nResult-oriented with a can-do attitude.\nAbility to work effectively under time constraints and deadlines.\nOpen to new ideas and willing to try different approaches for improvement.\nFluent in English.\n
