Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles Conduct Competency-Based Interviews (CBIs) to assess candidates at depth Deliver high-quality shortlists and client-facing insights Mentor and support junior consultants when needed Contribute to building long-term

3–5 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience Strong track record of successful placements Skilled in interviewing, candidate assessment, and client handling Ownership-driven, outcome-focused, and resilient Eager to grow in a role that blends delivery and strategy
