Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant (Sales/Commercial -REMOTE)

Overview
A fast-growing organization is seeking experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Consultants to support a large-scale hiring initiative. This fully remote contract role is ideal for seasoned recruiters with a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in healthcare sales, biotech, or pharma.
You’ll collaborate with internal recruiting experts and hiring leaders to identify and onboard top-tier commercial talent. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact while potentially converting to a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for healthcare sales roles, with a focus on biotech/pharma expansion
+ Source, screen, and present qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
+ Schedule and coordinate virtual and onsite interviews, including panel formats
+ Partner with hiring managers and executives (Director/VP level) to align on hiring needs and candidate profiles
+ Manage candidate pipelines and job postings via Greenhouse ATS
+ Provide high-touch candidate experiences through timely communication and updates
+ Collaborate with the internal recruiting team to refine processes and improve operational efficiency
+ Maintain accurate records and dashboards to support visibility and compliance
+ Support employer branding and hiring enablement initiatives
+ Coordinate candidate travel and logistics when necessary
Required Skills & Experience
+ Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare sales, biotech, or pharma
+ Proven ability to engage with senior -level stakeholders (Director/VP)
+ Strong sourcing skills, especially with LinkedIn Recruiter
+ Experience with Greenhouse ATS or similar platforms
+ Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
+ Self-starter with a customer service mindset and professional demeanor
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience supporting multiple recruiters or hiring teams
+ Exposure to onboarding, technical recruiting, or university hiring
+ Experience coordinating hiring events or large-scale recruiting initiatives
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
