In Eaton, making our work exciting, engaging, meaningful; ensuring safety, health, wellness; and being a model of inclusion & diversity are already embedded in who we are - it’s in our values, part of our vision, and our clearly defined aspirational goals. **What you’ll do:** + Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent for salaried positions across the region. + Utilize talent mapping techniques to gain a comprehensive understanding of the market and competitor landscapes, helping to identify potential candidate pools. + Manage the full recruitment cycle with a particular focus on sourcing, including screening, interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder communication. + Collaborate closely with business and HR leaders to understand and calibrate hiring needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and talent market realities. + Provide exceptional candidate sourcing support including but not limited to interview arrangements, reference checks, intern hiring, and general administrative tasks. + Maintain high recruitment standards focusing on key outcomes such as robust recruiting metrics, superior stakeholder engagement, outstanding learning agility, and effective team collaboration. + Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management. + Ensure a continuous pipeline of highly qualified and diverse candidates for critical positions by leveraging extensive knowledge of hiring practices, talent assessment tools, and ATS systems. **Qualifications:** + Holds a bachelor’s degree or higher. + Possesses at least 7 years of professional recruiting experience, specifically in sourcing. + Demonstrates excellent command of English, both verbal and written + Exhibits strong business acumen and the ability to engage in business-level conversations. + Has excellent communication skills and the capability to build partnerships and manage multiple stakeholders both locally and internationally. + Is self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment. + Shows a strong client service mentality, with attention to detail, a sense of urgency, enthusiasm, dedication, and high personal standards. **Desired:** + Chinese Language skill is preferred + Cross culture/regional experience is preferred **Yes!
