Job DescriptionRole Summary:
As a Senior Recruiter – Digital Engineering Services, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier engineering and technical talent across global locations. You will partner with business stakeholders, delivery heads, and HR to understand skill requirements and deliver exceptional candidate experiences, while meeting time-to-hire and quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end ownership of technical hiring for DES including Software Engineers, Architects, DevOps Engineers, Cloud, Data Engineers, and other niche technology roles
Source, screen, and assess technical talent using various channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, employee referrals, job boards, etc.)
Drive proactive talent pipelining for critical skill areas using market intelligence and competitor benchmarking
Partner with Delivery Managers and Business Leaders to understand project needs and define hiring plans
Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews; evaluate candidate fit from both technical and cultural standpoints
Work with TA operations to ensure a smooth recruitment process, timely offer rollout, and onboarding
Ensure accurate tracking, data-driven reporting, and insights using the ATS and other recruiting tools
Maintain strong candidate engagement to minimize drop-offs and improve candidate experience
Required Skills and Experience:
6–10 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in Digital Engineering or IT Services
Proven ability to hire across full stack development, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), data engineering, AI/ML, and DevOps profiles
Strong knowledge of modern tech stacks, frameworks, and terminologies (Java, .NET, Python, React, Node, etc.)
Hands-on experience using ATS (e.g., SmartRecruiters, Workday, Taleo), sourcing tools, and market mapping
Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to handle high-volume, high-velocity hiring
Analytical mindset with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Computer Science, or related field
Certifications in Tech Recruiting / Boolean Search / LinkedIn Recruiter (nice to have)
Exposure to global recruitment (US, Canada, EMEA) is an added advantage
