**The Opportunity**

You will report to the Senior Manager, TA Operations, who is dedicated to supporting your growth and development. She brings a collaborative spirit to every interaction, creating a space where team members feel heard, supported, and motivated to do their best work. Her approachable leadership style fosters trust and open communication, while her positive energy and strategic mindset inspire teams to tackle challenges with confidence and creativity.
This role will operate in a hybrid work setup, requiring you to be in the office three days a week. Our office environment is designed to encourage both focused work and team collaboration. Additionally, there are no travel requirements for this position, allowing you to concentrate on your core responsibilities and teamwork in the local office setting without the added demands of travel.
**Your Role**
+ Manage all TA tools and vendors with a focus on improving adoption, tracking usage metrics, and ensuring ROI across the tech stack.
+ Drive consistency and clarity across the hiring lifecycle, globally, documenting best practices and enabling change management across teams.
+ Onboard and implement new recruiting tools, ensuring alignment with TA leaders and recruiters.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance and streamline recruiting processes.
+ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment tools and processes for continuous improvement.
+ Engage in change management initiatives to promote the adoption of new practices within the team.
**What You Will Bring**
+ At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition operations or related field, 5-10 years experience is ideal.
+ Strong understanding of onboarding and implementing new tools, ideally an ATS.
+ Proven experience managing vendor partnerships and tracking ROI.
+ Ability to collaborate effectively with TA leaders and recruiters.
+ Excellent critical thinking skills and adaptability to new technologies.
+ Strong communication skills for engaging with various stakeholders.
+ Experience in a global company or across different regions.
+ Competency in documenting processes to ensure consistency in hiring practices.
**Work Arrangement**
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 92,000 and USD $ 184,800 per year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
