Senior TA Manager, DCS Americas Requisition ID: 43247 Job Location(s): Apodaca, MX Employment Type: Full Time Segment: Danfoss Climate Solutions Segment Job Function: Human Resources Work Location Type: On-site **Job Description** Danfoss is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure the recruitment operations for our Danfoss Climate Solution segment across all the Americas Region to drive the segment to sucess! **Job Responsibilities** **1. Stakeholder Management:** + Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, department heads, and external partners. + Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies. **2. Talent Acquisition KPIs:** + Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent acquisition, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction. + Utilize data-driven approaches to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes. **3. End-to-End Recruitment Process:** + Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. + Implement best practices and innovative strategies to attract top talent and ensure a seamless candidate experience. **4. Leadership:** + Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. + Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. **5. The ideal candidate possesses these skills. + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources /Relevant HR experience in Global Manufacturing Companies. Experience in HVAC and IRF segment is a plus! + Proven experience as Talent Acquisition Leader. + Acquainted with the ATS of Sucess Factors. Epxertise with other recruitment platforms such as OCC, Indeed and LinkedIn Insights is a plus! + Strong understanding of Recruitment metrics and KPIs. + High customer focus, sense of urgency and business acumen. + Matrix Navigator with strong interpersonal and leadership skills, able to work effectively with all levels of the organization, individually, in groups and across cultures + Outstanding interpersonal, coaching and communication skills. + Culturally sensitive, able to adapt to the local market dynamics in terms of culture, language, regulations and local best practices. + _Fluent English speaker, Portuguese speaking is a plus!_ **Danfoss – Engineering Tomorrow** At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
