We are currently looking for a Financial Services Account Associate with German and English to support the Client Services team for our location in Poznan.

What you will be doing:

The telephone and written answers from every day to complex inquiries of our customers and consultants.Responding to our customers' challenges and providing a solution.Compliance with quality standards, possible control function related to out KYC process.Verification of customer KYC documentation and, if necessary, corresponding post-verification.Escalation of difficult issues and complaint management.Participation in projects to implement the company's goals and improve certain processes.

What you bring:

1-2 years of experience Work experience in financeExperience in customer service – spoken and writtenLanguages: Fluent German (at least C1) and good communication skills in written and spoken EnglishA high degree of accuracy, quality and service orientation Independent and team-oriented work to achieve set deadlinesGood organizational skills and high resilience without losing focus on the customer
