In this role, you will:

Lead or participate in managing all installed systems and infrastructure within the Systems Operations functional area

Contribute in increasing system efficiencies and lowering the human intervention time on related tasks

Review and analyze moderately complex operational support systems, application software, and system management tools to ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability

Work with vendors and other technical personnel for problem resolution

Lead team to meet technical deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of technical process controls or standards

Collaborate with vendors and other technical personnel to resolve technical issues and achieve highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Required Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only:

Experience in Systems Engineering, and Technology Architecture, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree or higher

Candidate must have 4+ years of experience in System Administration & Desktop troubleshooting skills

Candidate must quickly adapt to the business objective of the organization and adhere to the policies and procedures

He / She must be proficient knowledge on Core Citrix Infrastructure like StoreFront servers, Delivery controllers and VMware Horizon, DEM, Microsoft Operating System (Windows 7, Windows 10 and Windows 11) and windows Server 2019 is a Mandate

Must have a good understanding of network terminologies, Cisco products and should have worked on basic to intermediary level on networks (LAN/WAN)

Should have working knowledge on Windows Server administration principles.

Should have strong skills on incident management and should have understanding and participation skills on problem management space

Must have knowledge of imaging like OSD, Backup, storage solutions and also Apple hardware

Should participate and engage in training initiative be it up scaling ones knowledge, as well as training fellow team members and cross functional teams if the need arise

Experienced in supporting Apple Operating Systems and Servers. (Apple ACSP or ACTC Certification would be advantageous)

Microsoft Experience (preferably but not essential MSCE) – incl. AD, Exchange, Office 365, Intune MDM

Must have experience on Network /Firewalls / Printers setup and maintenance

Must have experience on Mobile Phone / iPad setup

Excellent background in Technical Support – Managed services environment is an advantage

Knowledge of ITIL and ITIL certification is an advantage

Knowledge on VMWare Concepts, Azure Cloud Concepts, Service now, OS troubleshooting skills

Job Expectations:

Must be amenable to work at Taguig City (McKinley Hill)

Must be amenable to work on night shift

A strong collaborator willing to tap into past experiences and relationships in order to accomplish goals

Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously using a wide range of skills

Ability to actively and professionally participate in detailed discussions with various levels of management, senior engineering teams and architects

Ability to collaborate with distributed team members on new technology initiatives
Strong customer focus and ability to translate high level customer requirements into actionable business and technical requirements

Ability to Manage SLA’s and Priorities

Good Customer Service skills – Able to communicate clearly and precisely
