Required skills and experience · 15 years of relevant experience · Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field · Experience applying and teaching systems engineering processes and principles and mentoring and teaching junior systems engineers · Extensive experience of System Architecture (operational, functional and logical), requirements engineering, interface definition, verification and validation · Systems Engineering certifications desired (e.g. INCOSE, OMG) · Experience in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) · Experience in Product Line Engineering, Change and Configuration Management · Experience with Systems Engineering tools (eg IBM DOORS, DOORS NG, Cameo/Catia Magic MSOSA, modelling languages and frameworks (e.g. SysML), ISO 15288) · Having served as Principal Systems Architect of Chief Engineer a Plus · Domain Technical Skills · Extensive experience in definition, design, modelling or simulation of safety-critical, complex aerospace systems (Please detail ATA chapters) · Experience with CS/FAR part 25 and applicable standards (eg.
