Join us and put your passion, determination, and skill to work building the future! #TheFutureIsBuiltHere #ChangeTheWorld BGS is seeking a **Senior Systems Engineer** to support multiple programs and proposal activities in either **Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Saint Louis, Missouri or Jacksonville, Florida** in the role of a Product Manager. **Position Responsibilities:** + Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop and verify complex lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions + Evaluates customer/operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces + Performs various analyses to optimize the total system of systems and/or system architecture + Performs analysis for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance and other specialties quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission success + Develops, maintains and identifies improvements for the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management and technology readiness assessment processes + Resolves cross-functional technical issues **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** + Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science + 3+ years’ experience managing projects with Earned Value Management reporting requirements + 9+ years’ experience with data analytics or computer technology **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + Master’s degree + Active Security Clearance + EVM certified to be a Control Account Manager + 1+ year experience on one or more KC-46A aircraft programs + 1+ year experience with Open Plan Professional + 1+ year experience with Jira project management software + 5+ years project management experience + 5+ years’ experience with Lean process improvement projects and principles + Experience performing root cause analysis to identify corrective actions + Experience developing or reviewing Statements of Work + Experience developing Basis of Estimates for contract proposals **Drug Free Workplace:** Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. **Total Rewards and Pay Transparency:** At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
