Senior Systems and Reporting Specialist

The Systems & Reporting Specialist designs, optimizes, and supports key business systems and reporting tools that power decision-making across the organization. This role blends technical expertise in dashboard development, system integration, and tool management with a strong focus on end-user training and support. The specialist ensures smooth data flow through issue log oversight and acts as a strategic partner—translating data into actionable insights, identifying process improvements, and driving innovation. Core platforms include Workfront, Procore, Repsly, BlueYonder, and Revit.
This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days on site at a Best Buy location and some days virtually at home or another non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

What you’ll do
Serve as the subject-matter expert on core systems, delivering training that keeps teams current and confident.Create and maintain dashboards that enable clear, actionable data analysis.Manage system configurations and issue logs to ensure smooth performance and data flow.Provide full-spectrum support for platforms like Workfront, Procore, Repsly, BlueYonder, and Revit—from onboarding to troubleshooting.Partner with teams to interpret system data and translate it into meaningful recommendations.Identify tech trends and implement system upgrades to boost operational efficiency.Bridge business and technical teams to align system capabilities with strategic goals.
Basic QualificationsBachelors degree in Information Systems or related area of study3 or more years of experience in data analysis, utilizing different systems to define data and develop predictive models for generating actionable insights.1 or more years of experience with Power BI and dashboard development.1 or more years of experience developing and implementing AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation.Strong training and support skills.Intermediate to advanced level experience with reporting development and support.Intermediate to advanced level of expertise with tools and systems such as Workfront, Procore, Repsly, BlueYonder and Revit.Intermediate to advanced level of expertise with reporting development and support.Preferred Qualifications3 or more years of experience in an omni-channel retail environment
