Senior Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Analyst to lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex information systems. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that systems are efficient, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.

Essential Duties:

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed solutions Serve as subject matter expert in various applications and business areas Lead cross-functional teams through the software development lifecycle Develop project plans, timelines, and resource estimates Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts Ensure adherence to Agile Scrum standards Facilitates associates on-boarding Create and execute test plans; coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and bugs Oversee system deployment and post-implementation support Ensure smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations Maintain detailed documentation of systems, processes, and procedures Generate updates for stakeholders and leadership Serve as a liaison between business units and IT teams Present findings, recommendations, and system updates to leadership Monitor system performance and recommend improvements Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends Participate in Level I or Level II on-call support Ensure systems comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies Identify and mitigate operational and technical risks Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred) 5+ years of experience in systems analysis or a related IT role Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) Proficiency in system modeling tools and data analysis Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise-level systems preferred Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) preferred Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices preferred Certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or ITIL are a plus
