We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Analyst to lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex information systems. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that systems are efficient, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.
\nEssential Duties:
\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements\nConduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed solutions\nServe as subject matter expert in various applications and business areas\nLead cross-functional teams through the software development lifecycle\nDevelop project plans, timelines, and resource estimates\nProvide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts\nEnsure adherence to Agile Scrum standards\nFacilitates associates on-boarding\nCreate and execute test plans; coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT)\nTroubleshoot and resolve system issues and bugs\nOversee system deployment and post-implementation support\nEnsure smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations\nMaintain detailed documentation of systems, processes, and procedures\nGenerate updates for stakeholders and leadership\nServe as a liaison between business units and IT teams\nPresent findings, recommendations, and system updates to leadership\nMonitor system performance and recommend improvements\nStay current with emerging technologies and industry trends\nParticipate in Level I or Level II on-call support\nEnsure systems comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies\nIdentify and mitigate operational and technical risks\nOther duties as assigned\n\nQualifications
\n\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred)\n5+ years of experience in systems analysis or a related IT role\nStrong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)\nProficiency in system modeling tools and data analysis\nExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills\nExperience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise-level systems preferred\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) preferred\nKnowledge of cybersecurity best practices preferred\nCertifications such as CBAP, PMP, or ITIL are a plus\n\nCorporate Summary:
