**Responsibilities**
+ Responsible for setup, configuration, administration and troubleshooting of complex Windows environments (e.g., clustering, high availability, load balancing, etc.).
+ Responsible for Active Directory administration, DNS, AD replication and troubleshooting domain related issues.
+ Solving issues related to technologies such as IIS, Antivirus, Security, backup and Storage at OS level.
+ The right candidate for this job must be able to communicate clearly and collaborate with others to deliver results with minimal supervision
+ You must be a "lifelong learner", embracing the rapid innovations in technology and understanding how to use them to continue to improve our products
+ Infrastructure automation experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Terraform, etc
+ Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation
+ Develop engineering and automated deployments for IaaS system configurations
+ Collaborate with engineers to solve and redline documented procedures
+ Hands-on managing and supporting physical and virtual servers (VMware).
+ Coordinate with vendors and required stake-holders to solve issues related to OS and hardware.
+ Participate and demonstrate recovery procedures during DR exercises.
+ Document/review and update Manual Operating Procedures (MOPs) in Confluence.
+ Automation of day-to-day jobs using scripting languages like Ansible, PowerShell and Batch.
+ Work closely with Development and Infrastructure teams to maintain, manage and enhance the platform
+ Expanding our configuration management infrastructure to enable rapid deployment of new services
+ Working with Information Security to perform security audits and proactively make recommendations/improvements.
+ Experience with Windows Server and Workspace/Appstream deployment and maintenance
+ Ability to effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively contend with competing priorities
+ Experience in the deployment of high-availability applications
+ Good planning, coordination, and documentation skills are required
+ Infrastructure knowledge in Backup/Storage and Network technologies
+ Knowledge & Skills Comfortable working in a continuous deployment environment
+ Experience in configuring, securing, patching, and managing Windows servers with a priority of Automating
+ Build, scale, and secure traditional services using innovative solutions
+ Manage OS and collaborate with developers and business users to diagnose issues
+ Responsible for keeping management up to date on any outstanding production related issues.
+ Experience with monitoring and log collection tools such as Splunk, SumoLogic, Elastic, InfluxDB or New Relic
+ Experience working with SCM tools such as Git, GitHub, TFS, and BitBucket
+ As a Senior Admin, drive projects through Jira and ensure we have the updates from team until closure.
+ Management of infrastructure services, application deployments, cloud services, and monitoring
+ Provide transparency into business and systems performance metrics, in support of capacity planning and business reports using tools like PowerBI
+ Help team in understanding and absorbing new technology. Work with various teams and stake-holder to roll out the same in phased manner within given timelines.
+ Hands-on experience with the complete patch management lifecycle including testing, deploying, troubleshooting missing patches and patch issues, etc. using the change management process and patch management and automation tools necessary to ensure compliance and successful audits.
+ Implement engineering changes to the system as required
+ Responsible for integrating and testing software and/or hardware systems in IT systems
+ Align to Industry followed Security Standards.
+ Responsible for OS Vulnerability mitigation and Compliance remediation.
**Qualifications**
+ Knowledge of ITIL standard processes
+ Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
+ Experience managing multiplatform Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
+ Have excellent knowledge on Microsoft Active Directory Domain Service, Domains & Trusts, Sites & Services, DNS, DHCP, PowerShell, Batch script, Jira and Confluence.
+ Should have industry standard certifications for Windows Server technology (MCITP), VCP, AWS.
+ Desired to have hands on experience in troubleshooting server class hardware mainly with HP C7000 & C3000 Chassis, HP Blade systems, HP Synergy etc.
+ Desired to have knowledge on Ansible
+ Working in a complex, enterprise environment with multiple, global data centers in collaboration with network, application, and including demonstrated collaboration with middleware teams
+ Willingness to work in 24/7 environment with rotational shifts.
+ Requires a minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience with an Associates or bachelor’s degree.
