Senior System Specialist 

Your role in a nutshell:

 

Role purpose: Configure and maintain the central marketing automation system in order to ensure smooth service to Vodafone’s and _VOIS’s internal/external stakeholders. Participate in the extension of the platform penetration and adaptation across Vodafone markets and Partner Markets.

 

What you will do in your role:

 

Configure, implement and maintain all aspects of the Oracle Eloqua software platformParticipates and/or leads platform development projectsWorks on market extension projects, onboard of new markets/instances/accountsLeading the in-housing of platform development and maintenance worksFacilitate defining and scoping business requirements, and participation as a subject matter expert in strategy sessions and customer meetingsIdentifies and coordinates the resolution of issues and drives service improvementsMonitors the marketing automation systems and databases

What will you bring to the team:

 

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 

4+ years of relevant experienceFamiliarity with Enterprise software and project implementation life cyclesKnowledge of SalesforceExcellent structured communication skills with the ability to frame complex digital marketing, CRM and technical concepts in a way that facilitates discussion and deeper levels of understanding at our clients. Ability to bridge business, marketing and technology personnelExperience with and understanding of the B2B sales cycleUnderstanding Eloqua APIPassionate about the customer experience and driving customer successFluent EnglishBachelor/master’s degreeIT methodology (ITIL) experience (desired)
