The Senior System Setup & Integration Specialist will work with ADP’s strategic partners as well as internal business and technology stakeholders to plan, schedule and manage activities related to the effective delivery of assigned business projects. Ensuring that the technical foundations are in place for our strategic partner relationships to achieve long-term success.
You will spend your days working with carriers to learn and understand their business needs, analyze requirements and business processes; guide and drive project timelines, configure environments and conduct testing, support pilot clients, and demonstrations for assigned business projects.
Additionally, you will work to document resource guides and coordinate various implementation processes with teams internally for both internal and external use.
To thrive in this role, you will have proven experience working with benefit carriers, and/or brokers, and/or product development and Information Technology teams across Health & Welfare, Payroll Deduction Products (HSA, FSA), Medical, and/or Absence Management.

You will lead regularly recurring meetings with our partners and assess their business needs, analyze requirements and business processes; guide and drive project timelines, configure environments and conduct testing, and demonstrations for assigned business projects.

You will provide recommendations and suggest best practices with the expectation of always creating an exceptional client implementation experience. You'll use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to approach new situations.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
5+ years’ experience in a technical client service and/ or implementation and/or business analyst environment for Insurance Benefits and/or Insurance Products and/or Financial Services. Highly proficient with tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Splunk, Postman, Bitbucket, and Smartsheet Strong business and technical acumen, communication/ presentation skills, and sound business judgment. Highly collaborative with a partner mindset Ability to thrive in a fast paced and ever-changing environment. Proven experience working within complex internal and external cross-functional teams. Ability to build and grow strong relationships with internal partners across technology, product, implementation, service, and legal. Strong presentation skills. Proven Experience preforming data analysis and reportingA college degree is preferred, but not required. Bonus Points for these: Preferred Qualifications
Industry expertise to each client solution and apply best practices through in-depth client consultation Maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands taking initiative to seek out answers, solutions, and positive outcomes* Process-oriented with a high attention to details Experience at a large Insurance Carrier and/or National Benefit Broker You have PMP, PgMP, PHR, SPHR, CCP, CBP, HCS, or other similar certifications from highly recognized professional learning institutions Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to flex style based on audience and situation. Data driven business decisions.Travel: Up to 10% domestic travel
