Responsibilities Responsible for ServiceNow system maintenance. Assist with workflow development and technical implementation. Will work with product team to deliver technical solutions within ServiceNow to integrate with other toolsets. Qualifications Must have extensive IT experience in the analysis, design, and integration of information systems, commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) and development software. Must be well versed in understanding structured analysis and design methodologies for the translation of systems requirements from business needs with a proven track record in SharePoint Online, SaaS, and Cloud. Must be able to evaluate cost factors and risk. Expert in SharePoint Online, Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI, Power Virtual Agent) and Office Integration. Business Process Management. Must have basic workflow skills. Data analytics experience (Intermediate/Novice). Knowledge of solution architecture and system integration (SharePoint Online). Ability to identify and analyze business processes to be automated. Ability to design the automation process. Knowledge of low-level computer languages (web based). Basic coding skills (any languages). Testing skills to test automated processes. Education: Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or other engineering or technical discipline, or equivalent PLUS 10 Years of experience. Ten (10) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education. Clearance: The ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation. Location: Remote, USA Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST) Pay Range: The pay for this position ranges from $78,730 to $97,500. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
