Responsibilities + Responsible for ServiceNow system maintenance. + Assist with workflow development and technical implementation. + Will work with product team to deliver technical solutions within ServiceNow to integrate with other toolsets. Qualifications + Must have extensive IT experience in the analysis, design, and integration of information systems, commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) and development software. + Must be well versed in understanding structured analysis and design methodologies for the translation of systems requirements from business needs with a proven track record in SharePoint Online, SaaS, and Cloud. + Must be able to evaluate cost factors and risk. + Expert in SharePoint Online, Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI, Power Virtual Agent) and Office Integration. + Business Process Management. + Must have basic workflow skills. + Data analytics experience (Intermediate/Novice). + Knowledge of solution architecture and system integration (SharePoint Online). + Ability to identify and analyze business processes to be automated. + Ability to design the automation process. + Knowledge of low-level computer languages (web based). + Basic coding skills (any languages). + Testing skills to test automated processes. Education: + Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or other engineering or technical discipline, or equivalent PLUS 10 Years of experience. + Ten (10) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education. Clearance: + The ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation.
