Join a team that designs, develops and integrates highly complex systems within Honeywell [SBG]. You will be integral in creating system solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will be involved in every aspect of the systems life cycle; from the front end of business development through product end of life.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop total life\nsafety integration for all LSS instrument into centralized platform.Technical &\nsales support and application solution proposal. Engineering study and ideas\ncreation.Design SCADA/HMI\ninterfaces for monitoring detector status, alarms, trends, and historical data.Configure\ncommunication with PLCs and detectors using standard industrial protocols\n(e.g., Modbus, Ethernet/IP).Develop graphical\ndisplays for real-time status, alarm dashboards, and system diagnostics.Conduct site\ntesting and fine-tuning to ensure data accuracy and usability.Document SCADA\nconfigurations and support handover to end users.Develop and\nimplement PLC logic for detector systems, including alarm handling, control\nsequences, and interlocks.Integrate PLCs with\nfield devices such as gas detectors, relays, and output modules.Perform system\nsimulations and on-site testing to ensure proper response to detector signals.Support\ntroubleshooting during installation, testing, and commissioning phases.Prepare and\nmaintain relevant documentation including control logic, wiring diagrams, and\ntesting procedures.YOU MUST HAVEBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematicsWE VALUEKnowledge of the systems development lifecycleIndividuals that quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts.Leading diverse and global teamIndividuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done.Ability to adapt dictated by project changesMulti-tasking and has the ability to manage a variety of complicated tasks and peopleMaking autonomous decisionsSome engineering experience
