Job Responsibilities:

MISSION:

The System Lead is responsible for the successful development of all aspects of the system description and design from concept to production for core and application projects. Leadership of all system related deliverables and activities including managing the project systems team per product engineering schedule (timing).

POSITION RESPONSIBLITY:

Plan development scope, task definition and assignment, timings, deliverables at system level.
在系统级别规划开发范围、任务定义和分配、时间安排把控、成果交付。Drive effort estimation of system activities, breakdown and planning of system activities in a project.
估算项目中系统设计任务的工作量、系统设计的分解和规划。Drive requirements breakdown and analysis for System Level. Drive system level architecture design and breakdown. 
驱动系统级需求的分解和分析。驱动系统级架构的设计和拆分。Create a backlog of system Epics and User Stories at system level as Scrum Master in Agile development.
做为敏捷开发中的SMs创建系统级别的Epics 和 User Stories 。Ensure change request analysis from the system's perspective.
确保从系统的角度进行变更请求分析。Ensure Root Cause Analysis in case of deviations.
确保具备在即使有偏差的情况下也可以进行根本原因分析。Support customer technical communication, resolve system-level issues, and provide solutions.  
支持客户端的技术沟通，提供解决方案去解决系统层级相关的问题。

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, mathematics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
电气工程、计算机科学、数学、汽车工程或相关领域的学士学位或更高学历。At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in Active Safety systems. with mandatory experience in full product SOP.
至少5年汽车行业经验，优先考虑在主动安全系统的经验。必须具备完整产品量产经验。

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge of ADAS products, such as camera, radar and domain controller. 
具备ADAS 产品，例如摄像头、雷达和域控制器的知识。Technical understanding of Requirements Engineering (BSW and feature function) and System Architectural Design, software, electrical, mechanical and verification/validation domains.
