You will stay connected with what is happening in the field and in the product teams to provide input to the curriculum team. **What You'll Do at Pega:** Utilize your outstanding technical consulting skills to demonstrate new and innovative ways to implement software solutions • Leveraging your Thought Leadership skills, you’ll mentor, engage, educate and enable the Curriculum development team and students on Industry and Pega Best Practices. • Contribute to innovative automations, and efficiency across the Digital Learning Solutions team’s operations and processes. • Develop and update content, images, videos, practice activities, and interactive learning experiences to enable learners on Pega Platform. • Conduct content SME and quality assurance reviews to ensure adherence to Pega’s high standards. • Triage, research, and validate edit and enhancement requests to existing curriculum. • Author new training and challenge content to close enablement gaps. • Identify the impact to the curriculum for each new Pega Platform release. • Conduct end-to-end regression testing for all courseware exercises on new release versions. • Support ESM by implementing enhancements to support the needs of various teams across Pega. • Collaborate with clients, partners, and Pega team to stay informed about what is happening in the field, in product teams, and in Documentation to make curriculum decisions. **Who You Are:** You are a highly technical hands-on individual who is passionate about exploring and applying Pega technology to help solve business problems. You are a life-long learner with a passion for sharing their expertise with others. You have an ability to make the complex information simple to understand. • BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar field • 7 years of progressively responsible experience or Master’s Degree with at least 5 years of experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions. • Excellent time management and organization skills, with the capability to manage multiple competing priorities • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner and collaborate • Willingness to go the extra mile • Dedication to achieving outstanding customer results with a team-oriented drive and a demonstrated ability to lead by example • Aptitude to pick up new concepts and technology rapidly; ability to explain it to students of various technical levels • A technically minded individual with solid writing skills to enable our learners with Pegasystems’ products. **What You've Accomplished:** • You have experience delivering Pega applications and solutions. • You’ve built and implemented model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions and applications. • You’ve led end-to-end delivery of medium to large component of bigger solution. • You’ve been exposed to a variety of technologies including Application Servers, programming languages, relational and non-relational data bases and integration techniques. • You’ve demonstrated knowledge of and applicability of Object-Oriented techniques and principles. • You’ve delivered solutions in Agile and Scrum methodologies. • You are a natural born teacher.
