About the Role

You will work with development team and liaise with business users to convert finance requirements into proper Finance Technology solutions. You will also need to provide strongly support to make sure the existing Finance Applications running smoothly and efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. ECS(Expense Control and Financial Shared Service System) related application development (40%)

Elicit and analyze business requirementDesign and implement J2EE/Mobile app with team according to the functional specification.Gain a thorough understanding in ECS and provide constructive solution to help business department analyze business process management more efficiently.Developing and launching the functions of ECS independently to meet the business requirements.Act as a mentor and giving instruction to the inexperienced members to gain development knowledge of ECS.

2. Systems Support & Maintenance (45%)

Troubleshooting for the ECS and ensure it stability.Hands on incident management and follows up of application system issues.Ensure the incident is response and resolved within the SLA.

3. IT Processes & User Satisfaction Improvement (15%)

Comply with IT standard processes to build Applications to improve on working efficiency.Applications monitoring, analysis and follow up for improvement.

Minimum Job Requirements:

7+ years of experience in programming (Java, Javascript, React, JQuery)3+ years of experience in popular database such as MYSQL, ORACLE etcGood knowledge about performance, scalability, multithread, concurrency, scaling and extensibilityBe familiar with frameworks, such as Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Hibernate etc.Be familiar with multithread/concurrency, Java, HTML, XML, JavaScript, React, JQueryBe familiar with middleware, redis, karfka etc.Experience in Yuannian ECS and good understanding of its architecture is an advantage.Experience in Linux is an advantage.Manage multi tasks in parallel efficiently.Self-motivated and willing to work with othersQuick learner and strong willingness in learning new technologiesBe able to work independently under a high pressureBe able to work flexibly to take conference call or work for production support in non-working hoursGood verbal, written and presentation communication skills of both mandarin and English
